Thanks to the revolutionary developments offering faster and cleaner washing, as well as unsurpassed efficiency. In the standard, you can choose one of three programs, depending on the degree of contamination - fast, standard and intensive. The newest elliptical cleaning fields with 3D-nozzles configured in space ensure optimum pressure of the washing jet at any point of the washing chamber. The 4-stage filtration solution cleaning solution and the Mediamat hydrocentrifuge in standard guarantee excellent filtration results and lower operating costs. Active energy management, the car washes 60 baskets per hour on a short program, the intelligent distribution of electricity allows the car to heat up more quickly, while at the same time reducing overall energy consumption. The filling and heating time of the machine, for example, is reduced by 50%. With the PT-500 LCD display with a color-coded process, the selected program is launched by pressing the "Start" button or by lowering the dome.

Two PT-500 machines can be ordered in TwinSet version with a coupling kit (width 161 mm). The combination of two machines and a coupling kit is a unique solution for enterprises with a floating load and a rush clock. Two identical machines with connected domes, can double the performance during peak loads on the washing compartment. After peak load the domes are easily detached and washing continues in only one machine. This solution significantly saves water, chemistry, electricity. The machines work independently of each other, allowing you to wash different types of dishes (such as plates and glass) at the same time, thanks to the possibility and optimal setting for each program of temperature, pressure, chemistry dosage and water consumption rinsing, as well as the duration of the washing cycle.

HEAT PUMP
In addition to the two wastewater and steam recovery systems for PT sizes M and L, the ClimatePlus * heat pump is also available: for heating the water in the tank and the water in the boiler, it uses not only heat energy from the machine chamber, but also air energy in the room. This provides an additional reduction in operating costs up to 50%, a decrease in the level of air humidity and - due to the effect of air conditioning - a more pleasant microclimate in the washing room.
SEWAGE WATER RECOVERY SYSTEM
The standard equipment of PT includes the EnergyLight wastewater heat exchanger: the heat exchanger uses wastewater energy to heat cold incoming water.
Advantage: saving of resources and energy costs is up to 10% per wash cycle.
RECOVERY SYSTEM
This option ensures instant payback: in contrast to the EnergyLight wastewater recharge system, which is serially integrated, EnergyPlus also has a waste heat exchanger in addition to a powerful wastewater heat exchanger. It uses energy warm water vapor to preheat cold incoming water. Advantage: savings in operating costs up to 20% per wash cycle. At the same time, evaporation of moist warm water vapor practically does not occur when opening the machine.

The solution turbidity sensor constantly monitors the purity of the solution, and, if necessary, increases the rinsing water consumption step by step, ensuring hygienic safety.
