Heat sealing system
Vacuum heat sealing provides a particularly reliable and clean weld. To ensure this, we equip our Boss machines with various welding systems that are specifically designed for the appropriate material and package thickness or properties of a vacuum product. We guarantee high quality heat sealing.
Vacuum pump
The vacuum pump pumps out gases from the inside of the vacuum chamber. Reducing oxygen levels provides an ideal method of preserving various product categories. Our BOSS vacuum packaging devices are equipped with Busch high-power oil vacuum rotary pumps. They provide an average vacuum of up to 99.9% (1 mbar) - ideal for slowing the growth of bacteria and microorganisms.
Gasation M.A.P.
Thanks to packaging using protective gas (MAP: packaging in a modified atmosphere), fresh food retains its appearance, texture and nutritional value. When using this method, after evacuating the air, the vacuum chamber is filled with protective gas. Shielding gas consists of naturally occurring air components with a neutral odor and taste, such as carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrogen (N), the proportion of which varies depending on the product.
Liners
The beautifully shaped liner plates are made from impact and scratch resistant polyester materials that are compatible with food. Their use ensures the exact location of the product in the chamber and reducing the volume of the chamber. Pumping time and gas consumption are minimized.
Hygiene
To ensure quick and easy cleaning, our BOSS devices are made of high-quality stainless steel and are equipped with waterproof elements. Clear construction eliminates
difficult to reach recesses and corners to ensure the highest level of hygiene. The cordless plug-in system of welded strips makes it easy to remove them, which makes it easy to clean.
Dynamic swivel mechanism
Thanks to the ergonomic design, the cover of our two-chamber BOSS machines rotates easily. A special suction mechanism ensures simple and precise closure of the lid, which
automatically opens after completion of the welding process.
Boiling point recognition
As a result of a decrease in pressure in the vacuum chamber, wet or liquid products in a short time reach the boiling point. To protect your product from excessive moisture loss due to boiling, the intelligent sensor recognizes the boiling phase and completes the vacuum process safely and reliably. Your advantage: preventing the weight loss of your product and contamination of the vacuum chamber.
Service
To reduce your service costs and downtime, we paid special attention to ease of maintenance. Individual components are easily accessible and clearly visible. The service program ensures the longevity of your vacuum pumps.
Power vacuum function
Since raw meat contains a high proportion of water, there is a risk of bubbles in the vacuum bag. To avoid this risk and improve the optical quality of the packaging, our machines are equipped with an air strike function. At the same time, unwanted air bubbles are forced out of the package by a pressure shock.
